Acceptance
By using smartbizapi.digital or enrolling in a workshop, coaching session, or chart clinic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a programme.

Training services
Programme descriptions on this site are informational. A place is confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and you complete payment instructions we send. We may decline a booking if capacity is full or if the programme is unsuitable for your stated experience.
Intellectual property
All site content, checklists, annotated examples, and session materials remain the property of Smartbiz API or their licensors. You may use materials for personal trading education. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our materials as your own course without written permission.
No investment advice
Training discusses chart reading and decision process. It is educational. Nothing on this site or in a session is personal investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of trading results. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in training. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
User conduct
You agree not to disrupt sessions, record without consent, or misuse contact details of other attendees. We may remove a participant who breaches this standard without refund beyond what the refund policy allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
